I'm from Edmonton Alberta and this looks very much like how like West Edmonton Malls Amusement Park looked like before given the space theme in the late 90's.West Edmonton Mall once had the same green fences,organic looking trees, similiar fake buildings and water under their train bridge too.Athough WEM's trees and buildings were removed, train bridge water was drained and now the train bridge now looks ugly with huge guard rails installed and the once organic looking brown wood painted purple.
