Thanks Mr Kale for your query however it is slightly incomplete. Do you mean Theoretical point of view Descrambling to Scrambling Conversion or how to design descrambling from scrambling physically?
If your query belongs to first one just watch this Lecture completely you will get answer and if your query is second one answer is registers and ex or gates are used to design Scamber as well as DeScrambler physically. Hope this helps you.
