I personally have the same sportsman 850 and I just want to let you know to not water wheelie it w/out relocating the belt exhaust. It’s located under the rear rack and when water gets in the clutch housing it finds its way to the primary one way bearing which will cause hard shifting and really annoying sounds. Just a little tip 👍🏼
Oh and also if your looking for a more throaty deeper tone I would suggest to take the spark arrestor out the exhaust holding on by one bolt. And for looks put a truck exhaust tip where you can find at O’Reilly’s for like $20 bucks

Hey Diego make sure your four wheeler is getting the most air flow to the belt box Bc I think the belt got to hot and that why it got shredded. I’m pretty sure if you have at least a 2 inch diameter intake then you should have enough air flow. That’s just what I think. I’ve seen were that’s been a problem so it might help you. I used to have a 2004 honda foreman rubicon that thing was a beast ! But now i own a 2018 570 sportsman and i wouldnt go back to honda you just cant compare fun and power over Reliability keep those hondas at the ranch

You should get a big gun exoust they are loud
When the old belt snapped it probably wrapped around the clutch causing the engine to bog and stall.
