    After looking at all of the cots available and evaluating if I could justify the outlay I concluded that the Helinox Cot One Convertible and tall leg set would meet my specific requirements.
    I'll use my Multimat Summit 12XL foam mat and the Thermarest NeoAir Thermo regular wide air mattress which, with the cot and leg set I just ordered should be very comfortable.
    Whilst initially expensive, I have found Helinox products to be very high quality, I had earlier bought their swivel chair and am extremely impressed with the design, materials and the construction.
    Helinox have a 5 year warranty, so the purchase price over a 5 year period becomes really quite inexpensive, and I have no doubt that these products will live on beyond their warranty period.
    With my Walkstool Comfort 55/22, my Helinox swivel chair and high cot with 12mm foam mat and Thermarest matress, all of my camp sitting and sleeping support is taken care of, and due to having disabling injuries, this is very important to me.
    It will all be used for cycle camping with a hot tent and Packraft.

      Try a couple of magic erasers placed under each side of your pillow.

      Hello Muhammad, yes you are correct, both the Helinox Cot One High and the Helinox One convertible share the same style of construction and assembly.

    What's it like sleeping on your side?

    • @Enwild
      @Enwild  8 лет назад +2

      +Pho Tog The cot is still comfortable for side sleepers. The support poles don't create any pressure points or hot spots. That being said, a sleeping pad should still be used with the cot for maximum overall comfort.

    Not wide enough, not comfortable, 9 pieces total not “5-6”, difficult setup, def can’t do alone-need 2 people .. should be $50 not $400 . Greed is a funny thing

    • @susanlea7759

      Not wide enough for you maybe. Fine for many. To have the functionality of a high or low cot necessitates more parts. Pretty easy not to lose parts. As for price- do you know how much the raw materials are for these? The fabric for the stretcher bed? The aluminum? Plastic? Rubber? Elastic cord? How about how much to pay those 1st taking the raw materials into the parts? How about those who take the parts and put them together? How much do they get paid? A myriad of things go into final consumer price. Yeah I wish they were less. You cant get a knock off like Kingcamp, Homful etc for under $96. So expecting the original name brand to be half that is ignorant. And I can set it up alone, definitely don't need 2 people.

      @@susanlea7759 BS, all the Helinox stuff should be half the price it is. They are just selling brand beyond that
