These films may not be artistic classics, but man, those four words are some of the most chilling I've ever heard, anywhere. That's like Mongol horde level of brutality.
They nailed Soundwave in this movie, even if he didn't exactly go out with a cool bang.
I would have expected better transformers media to have put out that line, but I’m not exactly complaining because it’s still a great line
in the cartoon only words. like bash them to pieces, only words, but in the movie, the handeld their words, this song is soo wonderfull,

I felt incredibly sad that que/wheeljack died even though he didn't get any development and although I knew Bumblebee wasn't going to be killed I still was saddened by the thought.
i still wish they would have made que/wheeljack a little bit better of a character

I broke down crying in the movies when this scene happened lol
I was like "What the crap" when I first saw this in theaters. I was like: "Oh come on!!! They killed Ironhide; and now Bumblebee?!?" The autobots escaping was action packed and all, but Soundwave's death makes me kinda angry (after all, he's my favorite decepticon character). However, in theaters; I didn't even recognize that the Mercedes SLS AMG was Soundwave until after when I read Transformers wiki about Soundwave and found out he actually was him.
Alexander Ortega Yeah, Soundwave looked very generic in the Dark of the Moon. He totally could have kicked Bee's ass too. Shockwave was also very under-used. He had one line in the entire film.

In Chernobyl/Pripyat "Optimus"
and in Chicago, "Driller-bot is thirsty" (I don't know if the writers meant him to say that. "Commence" when he tells the Driller to go up the skyscraper after the humans.
***** Yeah, I know he had a few, but none of them really showed any character. And the "driller-bot thirsty" line was a subtitle mistake. It was really just Cybertronian mumbles.
MackerMcFlabjab He did say 'Commence' and that was never in the subtitles, they forgot that. It did sound as if he was saying it though.

I wish the lines by Que were said with more fear. In my head I read them so tragically but in the movie he actually cuts the atmosphere a bit.

This scene is one of the redeeming qualities of the movies, along with Peter Cullen's voice acting, Anthony Hopkins and John Turturro (and I will admit that even though his character is a spit in the face to fans of Spike Witwicky, Shia LaBeouf is hilarious when he overacts).
There are a lot of things I wish the movies did better. Jetfire, Soundwave's voice and personality (since when does Soundwave have emotions?), everything about Shockwave, not to mention that clusterfuck called The Last Knight. But while the movies themselves may be poor adaptations of the cartoon and comics, it's the music that I keep coming back for. Steve Jablonsky's music, as well as the songs by Linkin Park and Imagine Dragons, was wonderful and told an amazing story that the writers of the movies couldn't even hope to come up with. But they did try, and this scene is proof of that.
When you losing hope and know you’re about to lose and the only you can do is just accept what’s gonna happen.
No music can impact me emotionally as much as this specific piece.. Always makes me cry man.

It was. Hasbro wanted more marketing from figures and fans wanted to see the aftermath and whag happened next so Bay was pressured to make the next movie
This even made me cry. And I love soundwave
Ratchet survived 3 movies and got rubbed out in movie 4 . Bumblebee is still kicking. Optimus prime is still kicking as well. Jazz died in movie 1. Arcee and chromia died in movie 2. Kind of irritated me since arcee was a major character in everything transformers ever. Wheeljack died unfortunately. Sideswpipe and Dino who the hell knows wat happened to them. Neither are dead. Leadfoot was killed in movie 4. Topsin and roadbuster are still alive as far as I know as well.
Jazz was a major character as well, and was the one guy to never be killed off. Very sad...
you've forget the Best character... ironhide died in movie 3...
all who weren't in 4 died between 3 and 4.
Roadbuster was shredded for Transformium and so was Topspin. Dino and Sideswipe were heartbreakingly murdered as well. :, (

This scene was so un-Michael Bay-ish.It actually made me feel sad.When Q died, my heart sank for a few good 4 seconds.Then when I saw they were gonna kill bumblebee I was like "OH NO" It was really well done.Especially Shia Lebouf.He was Fucking crying.And theres nothing infront of him.He is a really good actor.

"One way trip" from the Avengers sounds so similar, I remember confusing them both as a kid.
This scene was so sad.. Sam watches Bumblebee about to be killed. Sam has that strong connection with him ever since he met him and to only see him bee killed infront of him.. We might of had a run.. A tear runs down sams face as the decepticon ship falls apart.. BOOM Bee kicks soundwave in the face...
I imagine Ayrton Senna's last race in Imola, San Marino while listening to this sad symphony.
This part was so sad. I know its just a movie but its like someone dragging an old man who's unarmed, into the street, putting him on his knees all the while he's pleading for his life and just executing him.

@Dooland1991 i was feeling more compasion for gramps (que, aka wheeljack), i dont like bumblebee. but, i wouldnt like to see him dead either. awesome scene. and as i, and others say or talk about awesome scenes, we are all unright. the entire movie, was great, and epic. this movie, was a great tribute to the transformers. 1984 - 2011 and still going, keep it up.
