  • This is the first in what I hope will become a series looking at the kimono that are presented in different pop culture settings. This video looks at a few of the kimono worn by characters in the video game Fatal Frame Five. All the thanks in the world to Girlgamergab for doing the video editing and giving me so much of her time to make this video great!

this is very interesting~ I love this game and it's always nice to learn more about what they're wearing. I learnt a lot of new stuffs, especially about the male kimono. I made one for my doll and now I know I did it wrong on the sleeves, I gotta make new one haha

very informative and intriguing. I learned something new today. Thanks for the video. BTW Evelien(or Gabby as I like to call her) looks so different in this video comparing to her Let's Plays. She looks so tall in this video while in her videos she looks like a teenager. I guess it's because I'm used to seeing her sitting down with only her face and upper body being visible. :P

RE-EDIT: I meant to say she looks small in her videos compared to this videos where she is tall.

13:00 really the swastika was a Japanese manji before the nazis use that manji as their iconic symbol?
