Hey everyone it's me John McQuilkin... I am not a drummer but I watched both parts of this interview and thoroughly enjoyed it. Any John Moss fans out there who feel as I do that he doesn't get the credit that he deserves?
Mmm, still a good looking man after all these years. Such a great sense of humor too!! Sexy accent as well. Much love to Jon, and loved the interview. It was great!!
Maybe I'm biased but I think of all the drummers you interviewed Jon is far the most interesting, funny and intelligent and definitely the best looking!
No one deserves to be treated like that nobody The Phoenix 1201 Jon moss really loves George the chemistry, the love connection they had how sweet it is to be loved by you Marvin gave sang that song
His comment about having a van is true. "Hey Dave you have a truck don't you"? Yes I do and no I am not moving your gear. What an interesting dude and funny person. His statement about playing when we get older is spot on. Play smarter not harder.

not gay but anyway.... there are many many many many who could and do fool anyone... that's nothing special. He was married with children after Boy George, so most likely bisexual anyway.
He’s not really gay. He fell in love with George. Jon claims George is the only man he’s fancied or been with. Probably because he looked and acted like a woman. Jon’s preference is most likely women.
I don't know about peace tho. How can they have peace when there's "Unfinished Business" between them? Their relationship was very toxic during the 80's too much fighting verbal n physical. I heard Jon interview n say their relationship was great at first, like a fairy tail wedding, so it wasn't all bad, but somewhere insecurities popped up, it then became obsession n out of control. They had something special but it just wasn't their time. I've noticed Jon can't have an interview without talking about George, he really loved him n probably still do, it's eating him up(watch body language when he do interviews) Everything happen for a reason they both were too IMMATURE. JMHO!
He's quite intelligent and George was talented so I can see the mutual attraction, but I don't think Jon was a real homosexual. Probably just experimenting.
I agree, Jon is likeable,,,,sort of,, here but a couple of years ago, he ended up suing CC & in 2021 officially left CC. I don't think he can be nearly as successful as he can with culture club with other bands. When he & George were young, George definitely was the problem, under the influence & extremely immature. Now, George is clean & a 1000% more mature. I honestly think Jon has issues & is the musician who was the fly in the ointment of CC. Good riddance.
Great interview! Culture Club is favorite band of all time. Glad to someone interview John as a drummer not as Georges ex!
Thanks Andy - glad you enjoyed it!
I like the interview

Actually he's older than them.

Wow Jon has changed since then wow but he will still look good for his George
Oh go away, George doesn’t want him any longer

Gay but doesn't act very gay. He could fool anyone.

@@startracker5895 I’ll say George obviously looked like a girl but behavior? You’ll have to explain lol
I don't. Like the way he treatedBoy George he broke his heart I think he should have been fired from the band
+ ThePhoenix1201 May be. But I think George still loves him.
without a doubt and I think he always will!
They both treated one another badly. It was toxic. I am glad they are able to work together and made peace. -Coleen
