I've seen Kevin Hart live, and he recycles a lot of his jokes/material. If you've ever been to his shows, that's why he has a strict no cell phone policy. Everything in his show is contrived, even down to the end where he cries and thanks the fans. Each of his sets is acted out the exact same way he does on tv. After I saw Kevin Hart live, my fandom stopped.

I don't think you really understand how comedy works. Usually these guys will craft an hour of material and go on tour using that same hour. Once they feel like they've mastered it they'll record that hour in a specific city, market it, and turn that into a "comedy special." Kevin Hart I think has 6 comedy specials each one having brand new material from the ones before.
To put it simply if you go watch a comedian in New York, and then a week later go watch that same comedian in Cali, it's going to be the same material, until they're on a different tour.
