- Fighting for women's rights is nothing new. Find out about the remarkable life of clever, independent Mary Wollstonecraft who was fighting for a better life for women more than 250 years ago. She lived in a time when women were condemned to domestic chores with little hope of education or personal and professional achievement or recognition. Her famous book, A Vindication of the Rights of Woman, was a trailblazing start to the feminist movement and started women on the road to a more equal role. You need to know about her!
Yet another superb look at fabulous individual who helped define an age.
May I put forward the idea for a double video on Cristabel amd Sylvia Pankhurst...two women who changed EVERYTHING.
Great suggestion! Thanks so much for your feedback.
Great video ❤️ just a small thing though - she’s actually buried in St Peter’s Church in Bournemouth, it was one of Mary’s final wishes to be interred in Bournemouth and have her parents moved there with her, so her original grave and headstone is in st Pancras but she’s buried with William, Mary, Percy Florence and Percy Shelley’s heart
Thank you very much for pointing this out. I never knew that and am grateful for the correction. Fascinating! Thanks for watching. 😀

Can you make the biography of William Wordsworth in animation, please
Good idea! I think this will be our next project!
Her name was🤯🤯
So if she could do these things.... why could other women not do them?
Perhaps other women were not prepared to play the price she paid. So is it men preventing women's achievement or wonen stopping themselves?
