    Hi Tess. I’m enjoying and appreciating your videos. We need more vlogs from Australian med schools. I was wondering, how many hours do you spend on studying/ learning (classes plus independent study). You seem to have work life balance so do you feel busy with study or is it manageable? Thanks for your time.

      Thanks Linda, I'm so glad you're enjoying the vlogs! The time spent in class varies week to week but on average I spend 20-26 hours in class per week and then potentially another 15-20 studying outside of that - it does depend on what stage of the block of classes we're in and if we're having an assessment coming up. I also work 8 hours a week so I try really hard to have a study/life/work balance and sometimes I'm successful and sometimes I'm not haha - I hope that helps!

    Thank you for this video :) Can you please let us know the app/textbooks/any other material that you use to learn the anatomy?

      @TheTessFiles  5 лет назад +2

      Hi Gargee! The app in the video is Complete Anatomy 19 and I absolutely love it for studying anatomy! I also use the text book, 'Clinically Oriented Anatomy' by Moore, and I have an atlas as well. I hope that helps!

    Hi, i am currently studying Bachelor of Science (chemistry) and i have been wanting to get into Masters of Pharmacy. However I want to get into clinical pharmacy specifically and be involved directly in patient care. Based on what I have heard, pharmacists don’t have much of a role besides dispensing medicine. What do you think ? How involved are clinical pharmacists in patient care ? Or is physiotherapy a better option ?

      Hi Anam, unfortunately I can't really give an informed opinion on the role of Pharmacists as I've never been one! From what I can see, Physio's do spend a lot more time hands-on with patients, so if you're looking for a career where you can build an ongoing relationship with patients, then I would recommend physio as very rewarding in that regard! If you're interested in Pharmacy then I would suggest chatting to one or doing some work experience to see if you like it :)

    The abortion issues here in America is ridiculous. It's honestly due to the hyper religious beliefs that is entrenched in all aspects or American society and government. Such a shame
