I'm so surprised that metal4pple didn't say anything about Onsta disliking the royal roast after saying that, as far as they knew, every mii was hardcoded to at least like it. With how much knowledge and experience with miitopia they displayed, and them saying that about the roast, it felt to me like a historic moment to see a mii dislike it.
About the food: Your Mii's tastes are random. It's not skewed towards anything since they'll need any and all stats at some point (getting different jobs n stuff). However them liking a food will fill the lil stat bar more and them disliking it will fill it less. If you weren't just doing this for funsies, I'd recommend making sure everyone has had a taste of everything but more importantly your own Mii since it's the one you'll use the most (also there is a medal for getting one Mii to eat every type of grub iirc but that's the completion stuff so it's not that important)
I mean Half-foots live to about 50 -on average-, but "Tallmen" I.E. anatomical humans only live to about 60 on average. That is to say their lifespans are pretty comparable to a modern human's. So rather than being in his late 50's Chilchuck is more like a man in his early 40's.

i really hope they figure out that the numbers in the grub menu arent how much each food gives you... thats your CURRENT stat bonus from grub, which is just a permanent bonus that continually grows the more you feed them. so yeah, prioritizing feeding miis foods they like to give them better stats over time is strategically correct, you dont have to think about it much harder than that
