Thank you, Matt, for taking the time to review the Rockbase theme. Your feedback was insightful and valuable. As you mentioned, we are just getting started on our journey and we will continue to add more and more to this package. Our aim is to provide exceptional experience, design, and solutions while staying close to native WordPress blocks and functionality.
Not interested in being locked into any theme these days, especially ones that lock away the good parts behind some Pro paywall. Pure block editor FTW.
The Rockbase theme is basically just a pure block editor. We're trying to keep everything with the core WordPress functionality, so you don't need any extra plugins. Think of it as a set of ready-to-use patterns and styles, so you can save yourself a lot of time.
@@MarkConstable The layout will remain exactly the same as all the patterns use only the standard WordPress blocks. The design of course will not look the same, as you won't get the same spacing, fonts, and colors, but the content structure is the same. The Rockbase theme doesn't come with any "custom blocks" that you wouldn't find in the standard WordPress. That's our goal. If we ever make any custom blocks, that would be a plugin so you can keep them when you switch themes.
@@RafalTomal So if I saved various Rockbase patterns as my own custom patterns and switched to another block theme, then I could perhaps "restore" my custom patterns to keep the look and feel?

Harold is getting pretty handsy with the judge, is something going on?
Building out my site on it now. Love it!
We can't wait to see it!
Great theme
Have been working with Ollie and Frost lately
Love this theme!
That is great to hear! We love what we have created.
I use lemmony, it has a plugin companion but that's just for css animations.

@@RafalTomal Thanks for your reply. So if I created a site with Rockbase and then changed back to the TT4 theme, how much of the layout would be lost?
