      I ordered a “fillet” at a Jordanian restaurant, and the steak was unpleasant. Can’t remember exactly why, but it was not good. Found out later that the fillet was camel, not beef.

      It has similar taste of mutton (sheep meat). I personally prefer camel meat to beef and mutton
