As much as i love alle the cool builds with all the random engines, seeing you guys walking the pits and just checking out other cool cars and talking to people is just as awesome. getting a glimpse of the car culture down under truly is appreciated.
You know it's a good day when you couldn't knock the smile off Al's face! Great to see ya grinnin mate!!! Awesome work Woody with the cam and quick edit!
That mk1 escort van is absolutely beautiful... my old man has a mk2 escort rs2000 converted to flat front and big forest arches stripped out caged, running a cosworth kba (if you know you know😆)on 58 dc03 webber carbs fast road cams, type 9 5dpeed out of a sierra and a capri atlas axel only makes about 240bhp and weighs 880kg lol. 0-60mph is about 4.5 seconds tops out at about 120mph😂 build for the little country back roads here in scotland 🏴
Guys! You did an absolutely amazing job, Al your presentation was superb and I'm loving the fuel rail mic!! Thanks for allowing me to join you while being 1000s of miles away in the UK!!!
Small Fords were and always will be my favorite, I always drove a Mk2 escort, Mk5 Cortina wagon or Sierra wagon. Now my daily is a Mk7 Fiesta ST, the light weight is insane fun and insane handeling on corners, awesome car!
Love your content, keep up the great work. Its been so cool to watch you both develop into the great content creators you are. I have learnt so much that i have applied into my own fab on my cars, look forward to meeting you both one day.
Ha, I made it in the background. I almost walked into Woody a bit later on aswell, he said "this is the coolest thing here!", I was going to say thank you lol 😂
I had the opportunity to attend jamboree in the early 2000's. Tony Rigolis WRX taught me that not all exhausts exit the rear of a car! He hit the limiter in the pits and I copped the full experience from the side exit exhaust straight to the face! But yeah that's my story, still have a fat stiffy all these years later!
Awesome work fellas, incredible camera work and editing and great presentation. It was and always is a great event, they sure do put on a good show. Keen to see you fellas back on the track soon
Love my 1960 Hillman Husky 2 dr wagon pro street car. Has SBC with tunnel ran with 2 Edelbrock carbs. Mustang II front end. Ford 9 inch with 31x18.5 rear tires tucked of course inside the fenders. Car is a real head turner but wish it was an Anglia Panel but closest thing I could find built within my budget.
Yo Yoda, enjoy the lemon squash and ponder me an explanation about the direction of rotation of a boosted vortex on both sides of the equator. Love the presenting, strange to see you ask the questions but it works.
@@ausdude121shilling for the corporate partners for sure. put me off when they were shitting on cold fusion energy discussion with "tin foil hat cat", I'd much rather some learning and an interesting investigation than arrogrant dismissal and low-iq finger pointing/laughing
1999 was my first Jambo.. Saw Al this year in the staging lanes. Totally fan girled.. He kind of looked at me like 'oh crap' 😂 So I kept walking. Figured maybe he was unhappy my mate 1200 just oiled the track 😅
I live in UK London love ford escort s and cosworth my all time favourite #1 car is a lotus carlton was a beast of a car can't afford one now a days tho
I first went in 2000, instantly fell in love with rotors, sadly couldn't afford one as a fresh faced 18 yr old and still can't at 41 🤦♂️🤣 But am picking up my 560 whp fg xr6t Tuesday so that's a nice consolation prize, my first barra too 👌 Might try to at least get it to Sydney jamboree next year ,willowbanks a big hike from Melbourne 😂 Ps love that esky panelvan, definitely needs a review on the channel 👌 Curious how tf he got it to fit 🤣

The enthusiasm from Al this video is mint. Can tell he's enjoying himself. Awesome video Gents.

I grew up on escorts back in nz, still reckon there’s no better time than blasting a escort through south Otago gravel roads.
I can't believe how much al has changed in front of the camera since first seeing turbo Yoda on might car mods years ago. Legend!

I remember going in the late 90's when it was the 'fast 4's & rotaries' run event
I had the opportunity to attend jamboree in the early 2000's. Tony Rigolis WRX taught me that not all exhausts exit the rear of a car! You use more emojis than a 14 year old.
Did Al really use a fuel rail as microphone stick? 😂😂😁😁😂😂
Will yous do a video measuring a Barra engine I want to see will it fit in a Ford Sierra Sapphire 🤙many people would probably fit it useful 😊
Good laugh 👍 😃
Robby doesnt own that 1200 ute anymore unfortunately 😢 such a sick little ute
@3:48 Why's there a MAP sensor on the turbo inlet?
It uses this and the MAP on the inlet manifold to derive a load signal. Nerd stuff.
