There are two giant spiders in The Silkwood. Makes for pretty easy key and demon blood farming. Also ichor and gossamer. A bit out of the way if you don't spend a lot of time in the jungle, though. You need both Black and Purple Lotus for the Pruple Lotus Orbs. Use your sickle and you only need to make one pass for each and you'll be pretty much set for your playthrough.
