I have over 530 days in game always fun watching newer players build. If you didn't respec your expertise for building a base that big you should the extra stability makes a huge difference. Your door frame problem at the end just put a wall and exchange it for the door frame. Have fun😎👍

Hello, epic armor and legendary gear with a higher level thrall will do it in the Warmakers dungeon. Just beware the arena champion, she's a killer!

Your poor old Thrall need a weapon as good as yours or better. Once leveled and with top armour he will be unstoppable. Think I would have gone with a big ass round tower. That is a nice area ft or sure. Watched and Liked 👍

Warmakers Sanctuary can be difficult if you're not prepared for the fights. The daggers you've had on your thrall won't have much effect on skeletons, so something like a one-handed or two-handed mace would be better at taking them down. I believe it's part of the dungeon delver journey step, but it's one of the later journey steps to get through. I personally had looked up videos on going through it just in case I missed anything. I like the location of your base. Once you get further along in the construction material, you can always upgrade the pieces as needed.

The Devs really need to work on a riding elephant, maybe even a battle howda, and the ability to mount a Thrall on a horse. Never understood the riding Rino. That never happened in history that I'm aware of.

Inside the Cave of Kurak, use your wizard's staff to form an Ice Bridge over to the side where the waterfalls are. There are chest with great loot over there. Be sure to look low and HIGH.

Multiple failed sorcerous spell pages can be combined into a good one at the sorcery bench. They can also be dismantled for the materials.

You are not effected by the purple lotus orbs. Walk up close to the target, gas him, wait until it dissipates and gas him again. Something inherently creepy about a male dancer doing the snake dance.

Definitely check the chest hidden around the city for purple lotus orbs if you can't make your own. For a Level 4 you will need two orbs.

You need better armor and a thrall to make it through this.

Just give your Thrall a club when your in the City, there a great help knocking people out and he can't kill anybody by mistake. You do know if you start a fight by accident, just run out of the city and your Thrall will follow , once your far enough away, better than getting them killed. Watched and Liked 👍

Nice work on the Abyssal Remnant. That fight can bug out with the Remnant just sitting there staring at you, but with a thrall, no worries. There are several chests in the back of the sorcery cave. You can climb to get to them. There is some coin, sometimes pretty decent weapons/tools (just did a quick run to refresh my memory, and got at least one hardened steel tool). Not bad stuff if you decide to rush the cave at very low levels (just run past the mobs, they will not follow you up the ramp to the book).

When using the purplr orbs, it's best to aim at their feet. It works for me .

not sure if it was a fluke but in a nomad playthrough i i knocked out the fighters and sorcerers in the religious district of sep then poisoned them and managed about 4/5 levels in one go

14:42 definitely one of the best places for a PURGE BASE round here very little to get in the way, and you can also draw in the King Scorpion on the hill for extra S&G

Not sure about AGI based thralls, but STR based ones do very good damage with maces. Maybe try a katana or short sword, as both are AGI weapons. For thrall food, feed them grilled steak, for the bonus % chance for vitality points. I'd recommend getting your sorcery to at least the point where you can make the Elixir of Rebirth, which you can feed to your thralls to reset their perks. Very handy to get the perks you want them to have. I usually go for vitality, but any perk that increases their damage/damage resistance is good, too. Purple Lotus flowers can be found in L7, left center, along the outer shore of the round island lake. Black Lotus flowers can be found in N6, bottom center. The Black Garden. You might take a Sandstorm Mask, as the garden is filled with poison gas from the lotus plants. You can do without the mask, just take the time to stop and heal after gathering a few plants/killing the apes. About halfway up the stairs and you're safe from the gas. Take a stack or two of aloe leaves to craft the cheapo aloe potion from your inventory screen. Don't forget your sickle. Take any silver coin you have to Sepermaru and buy glass flasks from Vennor Skinflint. 1 coin for 10 flasks. You'll need a bunch of ichor, too for part of the lotus orb crafting. That is, if you can complete the thrall taker journey. Like I mentioned, Funcom broke it with the Living Settlement thing, and I don't know if it's been fixed.

For purple lotus orbs, if you aim at their feet, it would be better. Also, the orbs effect don't stack, so use one and wait for it to finish. Use another one if needed, but the good thing is it doesn't aggro them at all and you don't have to worry about being attacked. Only if you go to certain parts people will attack. That symbol for his profession means he's a temperwrite. They're good for making more durable armor, but ultimately, a shieldwrite would be best since it increases armor rating. A scoutwrite will decrease the weight of the armor. For Iblis, she's an alchemist so she'll reduce the crafting speed for the alchemy bench by 100%.

I would recommend progressing as far as you can in the Thrall Taker journey, then spawn in the Purple Lotus Orbs. Like I posted in a previous video, if they haven't fixed that journey step, then other than finding them in loot, you'll have to spawn them in. Those orbs are really the best way to get thralls without aggroing every other npc around you in Sepermaru.

For the supposed beginning dungeon the Dregs is nasty, with all the special tricks used to get through it, many places to get stuck, and that glitchy boss! I swear that boss glitches more often than it works correctly.

Hey dude. The 3-skull Salamander and Spider bosses and extra skeletons were all added to the Dregs during the dungeon updates in Age of War. Highly advise a thrall for the last boss as they can go into the acid pit and damage the boss to get it to pop out for you (thralls don't take damage from the acid for some reason). Using the bow and arrows you have available at that low level will take 100's of arrows to take it down 😞

If you get into Sorcery, one of the early spells gives you a light source that follows you around 😎

After the recent nerf to bearers they now have a damage multiplier of 0.5! So they only do 1/2 the damage they should. So just pack mules now. 😢

Sandstorm is still a thing, you may have it turned off in settings. You need a sickle to harvest silk from spider carcasses.

I haven't played in a bit, but unless they patched it, you won't be able to complete the Thrall Taker journey due to the living settlements thing and not being able to place thralls in the workbenches any more. Well, you can, just not the way the journey step requires it. I don't know if you can do this on consoles, but the command to complete a journey step is: JourneyCompleteStepForCurrent Just make sure you have the step you are stuck on active. Otherwise, you'll have to spawn in the Purple Lotus Orbs if you want to use them. Pretty sure nobody will object seeing as how this was broken by Funcom in the first place.

Sandstorms still happen in the game. The place where you first originally set up is close by to named one skull thralls you can knock out. They're typically good up to the point where you can get a relic hunter treasure seeker. I wouldn't personally fight world bosses with them, but low level fights they can typically handle.

destroy all the seeds in your inventry, you dont need them at this stage and they can be found everywhere when you start planting, as they say "Dude you got too much junk in your trunk" also do a full mining for your oxite, you need fifty minimum to fill the slot for safety

Hit "Y" to dismantle building parts, they will go directly back into your inventry that way instead of being destroyed '

Nice one dude. Did laugh when you ran around looking for iron when there are loads of nodes just outside your door 🤣 You still have the damage cranked way up with you one-shot mobs with a basic bone arrow 😮 Loved how the bonfire on the roof lit up the base 😎

Just as a heads-up, if you go through the farming journey steps, it will have you make a compost bin. If a bin has at least one compost in it, it will automatically start collecting fat grubs. Fat grubs stack up to 50, so if you make multiple compost bins with at least one compost, you'll have multiple stacks of 50 fat grubs to fill the fishing traps.

You cannot see iron because you looked away from all the sources by your base. Go back toward your base and stay by the east side of the river.
