Hi, I'm back for another study session! Are you unmotivated for your exams? Why not study with me for 2 hour with no break, this interval works wonders for me. You will see me study in real time, with no music and fire crackling or fireplace sounds, I also added a countdown timer so you can track your time, I hope this video helps you focus and be productive 😊

to all those girlies out there listening to this video and studying!
checklist ♡
1) study materials- your laptop, tablet, phone, textbooks, copies, pens etc :) bring them all at once so you don't need to get up every minute!
2) be hydrated - always have a bottle of water (if you don't like the flavour, you can use lemon or cucumber as well), or a cup of coffee, black tea, green tea, or any warm drink!! it'll help boost your productivity by 2x!
3) use headphones or earphones, that'll help you concentrate more!!
4) keep taking breaks religiously! studying for long hours can be exhausting.
5) utilise your break time by reading a book, journalling, going for a walk, or you can even try to do yoga!! yoga helps so much :))
6) use cool methods to understand or master a concept! i use blurting method and believe me it helps sm
at last, be consistent and motivated! we all got this!! ♡
