We are going to study the pomodoro technique 50/10 during 2 hours. Two 50-minute sessions each 10-minute break. Pomodoro is one of the most highly effective and popular methods for learning and working. For convenient:

I hope this study video helps you avoid using social media while you study. I suggest we concentrate on learning or working. Get into a cozy setting and immerse yourself in the process. Relax and feel comfortable of office ambient, sound of rain and deep focus asmr.
