Me and my sister both are twins but hair qualities are different she has low porosity hair and I have medium one so we use different products for hair and skin. Little extra coco onion shampoo suit both of us as its natural and have no toxic chemicals in it. It works little slow and fast for both of us but we are satisfied.

Thanks for such tips. A quick question can we apply hair mask like the banana or egg one even after applying oil like after applying oil for at least one or two days ya only in after hairwash
You can apply the mask before hair wash, but I won’t suggest after hair oil, because it won’t penetrate well in your roots and strands
Instead you can make a mask of curd, oil, honey for your hair if you want the benefit of both, the mask and the oil.

If it’s that serious I would recommend you to consult a doctor first… they’ll do your blood test and usse pata chal jaega what’s the main issue..
@iamgarimaverma blood test was done in reports only he told some allergies there to avoid outside food, and that's it he told by reports
Phir Ap oily aur junk food avoid karo…biotin, omega, protein iron rich diet khao… Yae sabhi apke hair follicles ko strength karega aur new hair growth bhi promote karega… because kuch bhi artificial use krne se phle apni diet achi karo..and home reminders try karo for healthy hair..

Have you done any chemical treatment on your hair? I follow all the tips you mentioned but my hair is frizzy with lots of fly aways.. Salon specialist told me to do cystiene complex treatment which will make hair smooth and heavy so no flyaways and frizz will be there.. What will be ur suggestion on this ..? Please reply…

I kind of gets afraid to do so 😅 isiliye kbhi nahi krvaya..
It’s better to use more of natural products then treatments for healthy hair… that’s what I believe
