@@meewoe it took me 7 month and it took hard work. I still have good and bad days. What helps me is I run and meditate every day. I listen to hypnosis meditation about letting go and cord cutting before I go to sleep. I am not over it but getting better little by little

I was Pile 1 & 3. I gave him, many chances to open up even acknowledging I'm a huge talker which can be annoying to an introvert like him.
