Glad to have found this channel. You've got a new subscriber. Greetings from Germany
Glad to have ya
I'm still not sure why they made Mio a tank and Taion a healer, she has the same weapons as Nia basically and Taion uses his Mondo as a defensive measure so many times
I think they had that idea in earlier drafts.
But probably changed Mio to tank because "healers can't be protagonists" 😂
@@CordyBrush but a tanks can? Why not just do Mio=Attacker Taion=Healer Sena=Tank
@@saifis well, I think I wrote a bit wrong.. I meant to say that none wants to play healers in Single player games, if they have a choice.
Tanks and Melees are always facing the bosses close and personal, something that is more immersive.
@@CordyBrush not me awkwardly looking away because i'm one of those people who prefer playing healers ( and doesn't even play multiplayer games )
Mio is a dodge tank as shown in cutscenes.. Nia is a healer because of her blade nature so it makes sense but Mio probably inherit only the look of the crystal but not the power so she doesn't have the affinity to it..
Mondo has healing properties in lore and while yes it is shown most of the time protecting them in cutscenes I think it being a healer both fit in gameplay and lore presentation-wise.
Sena is an Ogre and all about strength and hitting stuff it's better shown if she's an attacker.
Keep it up man
Are the full vods of your playthrough available anywhere?
Not that I don't appreciate your extensive editing of such a long video, btw.
I still have the recordings, I'll look into dumping them on a second channel. Would rather keep it separated.
@@weelum Thank you very much! Your playthrough is just my sort of thing but I'm also a weirdo who likes watching people mess around and do more repetitive tasks, so...
I uploaded them, put the link to it in the descriptions of the playthroughs
@@weelum Thank you!!
Really grinds my gears when streamers read chat during cutscenes. For a huge fan, you'd think you would try to get everything out of the cutscenes.
I'm completely with you. Ideally, you play a game and have no distractions so you can take in everything. But when deciding to stream your experience, you give up a part of your brain capacity to other things.
For example, if someone comes into my stream and greets me, they expect me to acknowledge them. If I just keep staring blankly at the game because I'm watching a cutscene, they are going to leave. Interactivity is what drives a stream and what makes it fun to do. Otherwise I'd be better off just recording it all offline. Which I honestly might do in the future.
I was bothered by this thing happening to other streamers for the longest time, but now that I've experienced it first hand, I see it in a different light.
@Weelum Hey there, it's been quite a while but I finally remembered to get back to you. I just wanted to say that I really appreciated your reply and sentiment.
Also, I wanted to add, that it's a shame that you absorbed all of the promotional material. I personally don't watch anything at all after the announcement trailer. Makes a lot of scenes and ideas much more suprising and engaging when you haven't had it revealed/been thinking about it for months.
You woulda known "what fell" if you were watching the screen and not constantly checking your damn chat lol. Big streamer issue...see it all the time. Need to devote more attention to what you play instead. I hope you've gotten better about that in the last year.
