Don't feel about about how difficult you adapt to the game, even if you play "unoptimal" or anything. I dedicated 200+ to each Xenoblade game and I get destroy by EVERY boss on each new game. Funny note: it took me a 100h to know I could choose characters in any order during chain attacks. Thought I was forced to use them left to right

Really grinds my gears when streamers read chat during cutscenes. For a huge fan, you'd think you would try to get everything out of the cutscenes.

I still think Bravely Second is the best JRPG gameplay wise, all the fights are very interesting, the classes are very fun and the possibilities are endless. Chrono Trigger and Baten Kaitos are also easy mentions, the first has a lot of character interactions and a complicated story (and Takahashi worked on it), the second is made by monolith and while very different it has great characters and plot twists. A weird reccomendation i can give is Planescape Torment, it has a deep story and the best writing I've ever seen, it's very outdated gameplay wise. Now i have to get back to 13 sentinels, I've played the prologue but then never touched the game again

Thank you for the reccomendations! I am definitely going to give 13 sentinels a go, and Nier might finally move from my "will one day play" list. I will add my own reccomendation to the mix! Final Fantasy XIV gives me the same feeling as Xenoblade does. From themes to the music, from the Characters to the lore. Final Fantasy XIV is a wonderfully established, deep and rich world to explore and get lost in just like Xenoblade. The story is amazing, despite the somewhat rocky beginning, but more importantly i adore the characters. They remind me a lot of the characters in Xenoblade chronicles, an unusually "mature" and very competent collection of JRPG characters. And from the first expansion onwards you might even hear a few familliar voices from Xenoblade Chronicles if you enjoy the english Voice cast

It's crazy to know that Lucky Seven from the rec3nt interview from last week, they said, Sword of the End is Malos that N has, and Lucky Seven is Fiora, the same old hidden party members. How thie works is pretty simple. Everything and mostly a part of orgin are avatars. Their world is a mix of data realities.

When you hear that radio broadcast..when you realize everything has come full circle...you don't get many moments like that in gaming...or fiction in general.

In Xenoblade 1 there are 9 party members, but we know that shulk and melia are still alive so that leaves 7. So Lucky 7 being the XC1 cast seems pretty set.

I have a theory that human Blades post-Beanstalk collapse were granted reproductive organs, and matched by the desire of Blade and/or Driver, even if a buried yet strong desire. Since the Architect was the kind of God to take criticism to heart (he is the opposite to the stubborn and arrogant Zanza), knowing the mental and emotional toll this had on Blades to live such different life cycles to non-Blades. Unless somebody can point out accounts for Bladespawn (those born biologically from Blades) during/before Xenoblade 2 or Xenoblade 2 Torna, I’m going to stick to this. Also no, marriage between Blades and Drivers isn't going to cut it, marry without having children all the time, either by choice or complications. But yeah, futa Brighid with proper testicles is my take. However, if (timeskip) Niall is the father, Sena would be lined up for the Mor Ardain throne by technicality, assuming she is first born and Mor Ardain doesn't function on male child priority, or she is an only child. She is a princess regardless, making at least 2/3 of the Agnian Ouroboros royalty w/ Mio in line as Gormott's second queen. (I am not sure if Mor Ardainians use ‘prince(ss)’, using the Airbender assumption here)

i think they didn’t recognize because everyone kind of blends in with aionios, you either wear black and blue with keves, white and yellow with agnus, military colours with the city, and the red with moebius. they didn’t really pay attention. also, they only saw each other twice, both times they were under significant pressure

Just played through Xenosaga series. So apparently Dmitri Yuriev was a designer child, like the others in Saviorite (or Salvator as they’re referred to in Saga). He was the only survivor of experiments involving the UMN and U-DO, and gained the power of consciousness hopping to boot. So basically that’s how he survived. What happened with Nigredo was one example. Just as Sellers said, Yuriev is the original Salvator.
