I feel like those zip ties inside the motor will fail. The motor gets super hot plus lots of friction is bad recipe for zip ties

The wires that you cable tied together, are they insulated with some sort of clear coating? I would think over time vibration/rubbing back and fourth would cause the wires to short out. Although I don't understand how exactly the motors work. I think your vids provide more usable information than any scooter manufacturer has ever provided. A lot of electrical devices come with or you can easily find a schematic with wire colors, resistance values, voltage amount, etc. Scooter makers need to provide this to make service easier, you shouldn't have to figure everything out. Thanks for posting!
