HOW THIS WAS MADE:
So many people asked if this mod will be available publicly, and honestly I'm not sure. It's not a single "mod", but rather multiple programs running in tandem for it to function properly. Additionally, the code is not only spaghetti, but specific to my information. I will however give as many resources as I can for those of you wanting to attempt this.
This works using a mod I created in Skyrim that sends and receives instructions to a node JS server running locally on my machine.
The server reads Twitch chat, and when told by Skyrim dialogue is needed, reaches out to ElevenLabs to generate .wav files. Using this audio, the program listed below is run to generate .lip files needed for lip movement.
After creating a dummy Topic with placeholder voice lines in the Creation Kit, the server hotswaps the new audio/lip files over the existing ones, giving the illusion of a complex dialogue system.

I like how everyone connects their lore with previous ones. They are great. That must be some lucky chat you have.
You'd be suprised at how organised his chat can be if they are motivated enough.
He once made the tech demo of a 3D puzzle solving game "game" which completly depended on the chat working together. The chat did very well, all things considered. That project is now left to dust, but still.

I love how the random moon weed guy just so happened to set the stage for every single roleplayer going forward in this series. His simple attempt to score a few coins by selling some lunar ganja has resulted in a Skyrim-wide epidemic

In like 5-10 streams like this you'll have massive lore, and it's core would be the guy who died on stairs. Hillarious chat
Man kills one guy by accident, and chat must let him live with the consequences.
HIs wife is widowed, their child turning to serial murder as a coping mechanism. Their brother, in the military, is forced to send money back from his stipend, dashing his hopes of saving up enough to open a (mountain) cat cafe in Solitude. Meanwhile, the daughter ends up joining the Dark Brotherhood as a nascent member, and takes to killing like a fish to water, fully utilizing her deceitful innocence to assassinate Jarl Balgruf by befriending their son as an in to the keep, murdering them in their sleep while everyone is none the wiser. The ensuing inheritance crisis and civil war between the two warring factions of Whiterun draws troops away from defending the small towns and villages, ending in Riverwood getting razed to the ground by a dragon, nearly ending the quest NPC there.
And thus is how, by accidentally clocking a random stranger, they caused the most polarizing political assassination in Skyrim history and potentially cutting off access to The Blades.

this mod really is the embodiment of "who the f*** starts a conversation like that, I just sat down"
radsammyt had NO idea what he was beginning with his moon weed bit. A few episodes later and the plot has developed into a secret cult with heavy connections to the moon drug trade and the Dark Brotherhood. This whole thing is so fun and creative, just to see which jokes chat will RUN with.
Gotta love how everyone just decided to dedicate their entire character to a single bit, like the moon weed dude and the lucky guy.
Tying their lores together is just cherry on top.
The "my first husband had lucky boots" was a great tie in (in reference to her second husband being pushed down the stairs and dying)
the dad being pushed was the greatest lore :D so surprising

What hilarious is when Blurbs finds out the guy he kicked off the mountain survived and was preventing him from getting another follower.

Chat has some incredible sense of humor and amazing lore creating skills. From moon weed dealer to the guy who got pushed down the stairs to the lucky guy, chat was on point all the way through. I was crying by the time the video finished XD
I love how much the core of the lore is based on that first chat member with the moon weed. Huge appreciation for them as they're a massive reason others are going with it and making it fun rather than troll

It's like the world's largest DnD campaign. Skyrim is already so insanely customizable and unique in every playthrough, adding the missing human elements to the NPCs makes the game perfect

its one thing to have Twitch messages get converted into NPC dialogue...but the true genius is playing the mod On Twitch, so that you can have an Actual Conversation with them, by just speaking (minus the delay from the NPC's response), and they all had great "Yes, And" energy building up the lore together...

Edit: For those who aren't aware, Skyrim and other Bethesda games run on a proprietary engine, Bethesda's own creation engine. Most games run on open source engines like Unity and Unreal, so modding for those games is more universal. You have to learn how to mod on Bethesda's engine, and you're beholden to whatever rules they make for it. Yes, a lot of mods exist for Bethesda games. That's because they're wildly popular. No, that doesn't mean it's easy for someone new to modding with their engine.

Thank you so much Blurbs for this content. I don’t know how long it’s been since I’ve laughed this hard. I’ve been really sick lately but this video really brought a smile to my face. Lately the pain has been unbearable if I’m being honest. My father usually brings me my medicine but he was recently taken from me and tragically passed from being violently thrown down a flight of stairs.
