I've been playing POE for around 10 years and I've seen 2 minutes of Robs content. I'll side with him over Ziz. A lot of these D4 streamers I've seen are much more normal well adjusted people. They're going to improve POE socially just by being around. It's a shocking contrast. They aren't weird drama merchants who wax their legs for subscribers.
