There’s just something about the Big Eye Gang that makes them the best Hermitcraft Gang. I love watching these guys together. I TOTALLY think that they should give an honorary set of Big Eye glasses to Gem though. After all, she DOES own 25% of Keralis’ 33% and is, therefore, a part of the gang.

Sprinting on horses does *not* go faster, the FOV change is a bug, just like "sprinting" in boats. There's actually a bug on the Mojang bug tracker for it, MC-30403. And speed effects will *not* work unless they are applied to the horse itself. The FOV change applies only to the player, the horse will not go faster unless affected directly by speed. This has been a huge myth for a long time that people assume just because the FOV changes. If you look on the wiki there's no mention of going faster on horses or in boats by sprinting, it is a visual bug.

I saw this comment and made a stick machine. Now that i had this set up i experimented in a single player world and on a server. I used different horses for this experiment. A white horse is faster then a player even if it is sprinting or not. Now that i have used the fastest horse i could breed i went and used the slowest horse. By the track, you can make a game jousting game where both the players have half a heart and can only swing once so they have to time it. If they swing too early and miss than that's their fault :) thanks for the long video Bdubabdubs
I'm 90% sure sprinting while on a horse is no faster, but it seems faster because of a higher FOV.
I saw this comment and made a stick machine. Now that i had this set up i experimented in a single player world and on a server. I used different horses for this experiment. A white horse is faster then a player even if it is sprinting or not. Now that i have used the fastest horse i could breed i went and used the slowest horse. Even the slowest horse is faster then a player in both single player ans on a server. I hope you have something about this info.

Yall overcomplicated this, all you have to do is turn FOV distortion to 0 in accessibility settings and you can see that there's no difference. Same with boats
