So last weekend I watched Thor: Ragnarok and I absolutely loved it! I missed Loki so much and I fell in love with him all over again. He was really great in this one. There were a lot of funny scenes, but also emotional ones (like the one at the end of this video). I actually cried once. Anyway, I was inspired to make another Loki vid (which I haven't done in ages, shame on me!) and I can't wait 'til I get to vid with all the clips from Thor: Ragnarok. I want to go see it again soon.

Loki is always misunderstood. He only wanted to be loved equally as Thor and to prove himself to Odin. He never deserved any of the trouble. Loki's mother was the only one who was there for him and when he lost her he broke down.
He was born a villian.
But died a hero.

While I don't think Loki was born a villain, he certainly turned into one, but then became a hero and that's why he will always have my heart
He was born good. Odin made him a villain. After he died, he turned good. Loki is a big part of the MCU. Loki was and will always be good. Even if he is died.
Something that gets me the most is before he dies he says to Thor “The sun will shine on us one day brother.” It did. He just wasn’t alive to see it.

I would fight Odin any day. It's true that Loki never wanted the throne. He told Thor so at the end of the first movie. I know it's kind of cliché to say this, but Loki truly is misunderstood (Tom himself thinks he is). I'm really excited for the new series he's going to get on Disney's own streaming service! It would be cool to see more of Loki's life in Asgard from his point of view, being sort of the black sheep of the family, not fiiting in with Thor and his friends and so on. I guess we'll just have to wait and see where that goes :)

I hate how his father treats him like he isn't useful in any way because he couldn't use him to form a pact with the Frost Giants. Loki wanted to destroy them because of that, and Odin just shuts him down with a "No." after he says that he could do it. He wanted to do it for his father, and for everyone. His letting go of the staff and falling into space was literally a suicide attempt and it's terrible and he truly does care about his father even so which is why I love his character so, so much.
Yup. Odin gets the award for worst father of the year. It's so sad to think that Loki actually tried comitting suicide because of it (unless he knew he was simply going to end up somewhere else once he let go, but I seriously doubt that). He was just so crushed after being rejected time and time again that he didn't see the use in trying anymore :(

the feeling is just not good when your brother or sister just keeps blocking you with their bodies.
All he needs is love. He is a very good guy. Nobody sees how misunderstood he is. If he just got the love he needs he wouldn’t have done the stuff he did.

I actually liked The Dark World.. Everything with Thor and Loki was perfect, Frigga's death and Loki's, Odin's and Thor's reaction was heartbroken.. There were only two bad things in that movie. Darcy and Jane.. and I'm so glad that Taika got rid of them .
Yeah, I think it was time for them to go, too. And I agree, the depths of the relationships in the family was executed really well :)

Odin is the god of failed parenting then people wonder why Loki is evil he is just misunderstood
Even worse is the fact that mythology Loki was the total opposite : a tricky but helpful friend, he cheated on his wife multiple times but always came back to her and he loved his children so much and didn't hesitate to avenge one of them by killing Odin's favorite son.

What? They think he's bad?! I'm with you on this one. All I want to do is to hug him and tell him he's loved, because he deserves to be happy. I honestly never saw him as a villain. I know he's supposed to be the villain in the first Avengers movie, but it was confirmed by Bruce in Infinity War that Thanos was behind the attack on New York and Loki was just unfortunate to be a puppet on his string :(

Me too. It just shows how much Thor actually knew about how Loki felt and I'm so disappointed that they never got a real conclusion. Thor says in the first film that he's sorry for whatever it is he's done to Loki, but he never realizes what it actually is he's done! Instead, they make it look like it's all Loki's fault and he's the one who has to right all of his wrongs, but Thor needs to do the same and that will probably never happen now :(
I love the way Tom puts emotion in those eyes to show the hurt and the pain when He finds out the truth and when Thor says he thought the world of him
He's a wonderful actor!

Why is this so relatable for me. My "friends" always ignore me, and now when i am no longer being sad about being ignored like that, they say I'm changed, and that's hurt me very much to know that they put the blame on me when im just loving myself.

He is the god of misunderstood pain....
He Was left out since his birth without directly telling him that he’s not a part of Odin’s family.
But you can see that he knows he is different, he always knew.
All he ever needed to pull him away from his wrong path is love from his family.
From His brother, mother and father.
Everything would have ended different if he had been given love!
Love would have made all the difference for sure

Loki's actor did an amazing job. Its brilliant (albeit heartbreaking) that he was able to play such a conflicted character and we as an audience can SEE that confliction on his face at all the right moments

At first, I didn't like the song too much but then I realised... it fits perfectly.
It shows how lost Loki truly is. He wonders who he is and where he belongs. All he wants is love but he was left alone so many times that he lost all feeling 💔.

Oh, that would be so awesome! All the more reason to sympathise with him and really get to know the character better, although Tom has already done such an amazing job with that, but yeah, I would love to see things more from Loki's perspective. We'll have to see what the Loki series on Disney Plus has in store ;)
