If they can undersell Intamin models, which I'm sure is possible, then I totally buy this idea. Within the first minute or two of your video I was thinking about it being a good fit for my home park, WoF, and then you literally used the park as an example later haha. Good video
@@johnholder4208 we're finally getting a replacement for the Zambezi Zinger this year, so that's a significant step in the right direction. It's a family coaster but it looks like it will be plenty of fun.
Love to see a coaster war spark out of this. Some of the best coasters we have seen are products of a coaster war. So a battle between intimate and Zemperla would bring game changing rides. Also feel this way with RMC and GCI with their Titian track. A hybrid war could spark and that would be awesome! If we could get a full scale Titian track that is lol. We the enthusiast would reap the benefits from coaster companies trying to out do one another.
What is with Zamperla and Lightning. When Thunderbolt first came out it was called the Lightning model, Then at IAAPA in 2019 they unveiled a Lightning train with 4 across seating that was capable of chain lift, vertical chain lift, or linear motor launch, as well as a modular design with a single 8-seat car up to a 28-seat train. I don't think any of those were sold and they didn't even put them on Thunderbolt. They were the trains their first lsm coaster design, the Double Heart Coaster was supposed to run. Now, or in late 2022, yet another iteration of Lightning has come to light that appears to actually be heading to parks. As for now though, the Lightning Coaster model on their website looks to be versions of what you and RCDB call the Thunderbolt model. It would be interesting to see if they ever sell a Double Heart Coaster or another Thunderbolt clone, what kind of trains it will have on it.
Idk it does kind of seems like a knock off mack or intamin I don't really see how it would change the industry beyond putting it on a different coaster
Very possible, although they might be working together only to assure that Zamperla will not overcome any of Intamin's limitations on the 2 rides they're revamping... And Intamin still cares for dragster if it is going to live, they just don't want anything to do with the model itself, but sure they're lending some engineers to help Zamperla's redesign the launch system without causing excessive stress on the tracks
Maybe now they can sort Rita at Alton towers out. Maybe extend the layout to feature an inversion at the end. Increase the speed a bit so it doesn't feel so lackluster.
I think if the new dragster gets these new trains it will for sure change the game completely
I agree with you.
Senza Fiato didn't close for maintenance (maybe that was part of the reason) but the main reason is Miragica went bankrupt and got abandoned

It would be nice to WOF get some love and new rides. That park gets so much disrespect.

I would really love for one of these models to make its way to Luna Park!
I'm pretty sure Intamin and Zampirla are working together to some extent
Their headquarters are pretty close to eachother too.
seems a lot like a small-scale, inexpensive, more reliable Intamin excellerator.

"intimate"?? Wha...?

Vekoma can do these speeds as well, just nobody has ordered a launch coaster from vekoma yet that can do it.

what if Zamperla and Intamin are working together on the downlow?

6:24 this aged well or badly depending on how they handle the project
What is the name of the new ride model?
The Fart Knocker Express!
Why does Cedar Fair not want to work with Intamin (aside from the obvious Dragster problem)?
All the downtime their intamins experience
Doesn't S&A have a coaster that goes over 100
S&S
Yup, Do-dodonpa
I enjoy your videos, but I’m just wondering if you intentionally make up new words or is it by mistake.

Who is Rita?
@@detroitdiezel7856 some crappy Intamin launch coaster at Alton Towers
@@Thesmokercoaster any coaster with a horrible name like that is sure to be shiite!!
@ 5:50 there's no such word as "longevitable" and @ 6:43. What does that even mean??
all i can say is that i hope they considered male riders cuz that area of design looks maybe painful
Remodelation 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know, right? "Remodelation" and "longevitable"! WTF? Where does he come up with these bizarre words? The Cleetus Dullard Dictionary??
