About peppermint. In my family we have allways used japonese peppermint oil (essential oil) to soothe upset digestion. Just a drop or two in a tablespoon of water works wonders. It has lots of other uses too.

BLOATING, Gas and menstrual cramps TIP!!! Anytime you have bloating, little stomach issues,or cramps, you take a little bit like a tiny quarter teaspoon of organic fennel seeds, chew them up and swallow them. It will resolve gas within 10 minutes flat! Anytime I've had bloating or any issues like that I use it and I've used over-the-counter. Gas X for having that bloated feeling with a little bit of gas and it takes forty five minutes sometimes to even get close to some relief. Fennel seed knocks it out immediately...5-10 minutes! PS- I'm an only child and I'm 55 years old now, but I've always done things like that by myself when I was your age and I continue to do them. Sometimes now but I'm usually with my husband. I used to love that alone time. I'd go out and dine out in a fancy restaurant, have glasses of wine by myself... I loved it!

Yes fennel seeds are fantastic for bloating! And coriander seeds are great for heartburn.

Because I work in fashion and beauty it’s unfortunately a bit of an expectation to try and wear what’s new in. I do of course rewear because I love so my of my pieces but yeah. Just an unfortunate part of the job

She doesn’t work in fashion though 🥰 every industry is different - I didn’t do that in the beginning as I was just starting out my job so we all learn the etiquette of our industry as we grow within it.
I’ve been into golf since I was a kid. I’ve never actually played on a course, but I’ve frequented the driving range with my brothers and friends.
I’m such an introvert as well. I’ve done a lot by myself 😅 If you know, socializing takes a lot out of you when you’re introverted, so you need alone time to recharge. Sometimes friends are upset when I post places I’ve been on my own, and they’re like “invite me next time “😅

Hi samantha, totally agree with spending time with your self, best thing and for the reese's peanut butter cups try out the lilo &co peanut butter cups by the brand koa. It’s a canadian brand,women owned and all natural ingredients. Truly amazing, low in calories as well such a guilty free treat. My favourite is the milk chocolate one but the dark chocolate is also good.
