    Once again: Terrific dry-land exercises for hockey. If you're not already doing it, I'm sure that you could train hockey players during the off-season.

    Sorry if this has been asked, but how many reps/sets do you do or is it each moved timed for so many rounds? In thinking of doing these drills in a HIIT format but not sure what is recommended. Thank you for the awesome video, can't wait to start this routine with my others!!

      Thanks Bridgette! I linked to the small saucer cones I have in the video description if you're interested. Although if you go outside even lines or stones or towels or anything work! Just mark off that distance and get moving :-)

    just discovered your channel and im in love! totally inspired and pumped! but i do need help on the reps on doing this. for beginner/early intermediate? what are the reps you would suggest to do?

      Thanks! So the number of reps and sets you do will be based on your goals.
      If you want to do something more cardio, circuits or timed intervals are great. I love 30 seconds on,15 seconds of rest. Or even tabata!
      However for this if you want to use them for coordination, speed and quickness, aka more sprint stuff or explosive stuff, you want lower reps or intervals and longer rest so you can be fully recovered to be powerful again!
