Thanks! So the number of reps and sets you do will be based on your goals. If you want to do something more cardio, circuits or timed intervals are great. I love 30 seconds on,15 seconds of rest. Or even tabata! However for this if you want to use them for coordination, speed and quickness, aka more sprint stuff or explosive stuff, you want lower reps or intervals and longer rest so you can be fully recovered to be powerful again!
