For me, 2 tribit stormbox are the best solution.... If the venue is quite big you can cover a very big area with sweet sound
Very very true, I do love the tribit stormbox blast, the only benifits you would get with the monster blaster over the tribit is that it plays out the front and back of the speaker so you get more of a 360 degree sound

Thank you!!! The red monster blaster sounds good and has great clarity, the bb3 though destroys it in the bass department, it goes lower and plays louder as jbls normally do

I have two Tribit Stormbox Blasts paired in stereo which I use on weekends when pulling double shifts in my employee van shuttle, and they give me 16 hours of great clean booming bass sound (x bass off)
My passengers LOVE the party club vibe

Hell yeah tribits are amazing and for the price hard to beat, the monster blaster in bass cannot beat the tribit, tribit is more punchy and forward, the monster plaster beats most of the bluetooth speakers in one area and that's clarity, the bass is nice but it's all mid and upper bass, I love my monster for the clarity and 360 degree sou d, but the tribit and boombox have a deeper stronger bass

Is this test fair? Are they both plugged into a power outlet? I ask because I thought the Boombox gets louder when plugged into power vs running on battery. Thanks for the video though.
Yup both are plugged in, I always leave all the speakers plugged in especially the jbls ha ha
Coming from someone who owns both of these, the JBL definitely sounds better, but it'll cost you more than twice as more 😅
Boombox stomps the monster blaster for sure, but it's way more money, the only thing the monster blaster has on the boombox is the 360 degrees sounds and doesn't cause as much listening fatigue as bb3, that bass on the bb3 can't be beat though

Monster desperately needs to make a JBL competitor. 1 sub, 2 mids and 2 tweeters, all facing one direction, same wattage, but with usb C charging. Id pay 500 bucks for it. I havent bought the JBL because i prefer USBC charging. Not old DC proprietary cables.
That would be awesome, hopefully they do that, this monster blaster 3.0 holds its own but the jbl kills it with bass and a touch on loudness, the monster is super clear though, and for 200$ you can't beat it ha ha

Yes I think so but you may want to get a partybox 110 or 310, a 310 would be amazing for a gym and around the price of the bb3

Yes, but they are renewed speakers and you are playing to make the battery look bad, many boomboxes were returned due to battery problems and others due to assembly problem and the subwoofer
@OscarAlfaro-dq2wc your not wrong, I liked mine a lot but a lot of ppl have had battery problems and problems with some of the components, jbl is way over priced in my opinion, they are good but charge way too much especially with the good competition out now
Boom box 3 has a deep bass and clean sound balance of high, mids, low. Soft hear in my ear not irritate me when I'm listening BB3

Probably fairer putting the Monster Blaster up against its JBL competitor in price ,ie JBL EXTREME 3,, then what happens?? ..
Monster blaster will beat the jbl extreme no problem, it holds its own decent againts these bigger speakers but bb3 is better also way more expensive, I just saw the monster blaster 3.0 on sale for 150$

I think so about ı listen video 5.1 sysstem monster upper bass is very loud and full volume jbl lose of lot bass but monster live is full volume bass insane ı buy it monster its a pwerfull
@fazercan4847 both are great and ya monster definitely has a better upper bass, jbl is great from 60 percent volume or lower but struggles with losing to much bass at high volumes

Blast has a bit more bass, but the monster blaster is way more clear and also 360 degree sound so easy better for out doors

Sounds bad compared to how clear the boombox sounds can’t compare this to any JBL because it blows this monster blaster out of the water
The monster blaster is way more clear than any speaker I have even the jbl, the jbl beats it in bass and volume hands down though
You guys rating the MONSTER BLASTER 3 do realise that the Blaster 3, unlike all the others , have the SAME SPEAKERS AT THE FRONT AND THE BACK !!!...SO IN REALITY TWICE THE SOUND..
Ya I've mentioned it in almost every review so far that I've done, I love this speaker I think it really shines outside with the 360 effect

The Monster Blaster was not as clean sounding as the Jbl Boombox 3. The monster blaster not as good with bass either it sounds kind of cardboard like if I could explain it like less crisp and a lot cheaper sounding. In the higher percent on the volume the boombox 3 still out performed it. I could listen to headphones with max volume and enjoy the boombox sound, but the monster blaster was hard to bare the sound. Im using Beats headphones also I can hear the 2 with a better clarity than most headphones brands. The monster blaster by far was cheaper sounding there is a reason the prices are that much different between the 2 of them. I can tell you if you had more Jbl boombox speakers like even the boombox 2 and put them in party mode you are gonna get more with the JBL boombox speakers connected together than the monster blasters chained together just the same. All in all there is a reason they are a hundred dollars difference between the two in the price. Your gonna get a better bang for your buck with the JBL Speakers

Max price brand new from monsters website was 350$ at least where I am, and from Amazon I've been able to find them for around 200$-300$ since they came out,

Lol okok so the jbl is louder yes.. but OVERALL sound quality. The monster was clearly better, the music actually has depth... jbl is soo airy
The jbl Is more loud and has better bass but I do agree the monster blaster 3.0 has amazing clarity and and amazing 360 degree sound that almost no other speaker of its size can do
I somehow agreed even do jbl bass goes much deeper, i somehow preferred the monster blaster 3 sound much more, sad they are hard to find at reasonable normal prices in the eu, amazon shipping adds 150 bucks
@Iliad so jbl does have that better bass and deep bass but the monster blaster has clarity the likes I haven't heard any other speaker be able to beat, I love both for different reasons
