You did your best with what you had. My favorite room is the office. The devs definitely have a lot to work on

Thank you so much Tracy! 🙂The office was definitely a favorite room of mine. I do agree that the game still needs a lot of refinement, but hopefully we'll be able to build in Vivaland in the future when the features have been improved!

First time heard about this game, it's actually really good game. It's nice that we can put clutters freely without move objects cheat. Small pillows for bed are what the sims need.
Anyway, great build for first try!

Totally! Vivaland has been very under the radar, I'm surprised more players have not tried building with it yet. The free placement of objects on surfaces is certainly welcome, and I enjoy the pillows too! One thing I am concerned about are the Vivaland avatars/characters clipping through those once it comes down to gameplay. I'm glad you liked my first build with this game PinWin! 🙂

This reminds me of the swap to Sims 4. I actually hated build mode for awhile because it was so different from Sims 3. I couldn't find what I needed or it was just bothersome to learn (*cough cough* terrain tools).
**seriously all my lots are flat because I don't really feel like terrain tools fit in with the mostly flat worlds. aside from that, it's extremely difficult to tell how low or high you are moving the land on lots, and often it's different levels that smoothing doesn't really help correct nicely (in my opinion). However, I enjoy watching builders that actually learned how to use these tools.

I totally agree Corabeani! It took me some time to get used to The Sims 4 build tools; terrain tools definitely did not come easy. Still disgruntled over the missing color wheel/pattern options in The Sims 4! 🤔

Ah, exciting to see you building in this new game! The vegetation looks so nice. And so glad to see a way to customise the bedding 🙌
You did great! My favourite rooms were the dining room and the bathroom. The roofing will definitely take practice haha

Thank you so much Scarlett! 😊 The vegetation was definitely one of my favorite aspects. Lol yes, unfortunately the roofing tools were tripping me up! I’ll have to experiment more with them in Vivaland to see if I can fix some of the eaves and intersections like in The Sims 4.

I love watching you try out building in a different game! I might need to check this out even if its just to try and build one house

Thank you so much Kyber! 😀 This was definitely a fun (but really challenging!) experience and I would love to see what you create with this game. There were a lot of rustic and vintage items that would fit your style so well!

@@TownieSimBuilds I’ll let you know when I get around to trying it out! I just added it to my library on steam 🫡
