- Hey guys, and welcome back to another main account video. In the last episode I maxed my cooking by with the bake pie spell. Today I decided I would do something objectively more useful than getting another 99. That is maxing my Player Owned House!
My POH has been in a pretty bad state for a long time now. So I thought its time to not only upgrade it, but fully max it. To do this I will need around level 83 construction. This is going to be fairly expensive, but I think I should have enough money. I will be using the most expensive construction method (Mahogany Planks). I will also be explaining how much this entire process costs, and how long it takes!

Total level and X flat stats are a horrible waste of time. Flexing your total level to me means nothing. Im a 124 with a 1550 total, 4k mobile zulrah KC and many other bosses. Money talks, total levels dont
really different ways of playing the game, nothing wrong with either, if you don't care for total levels that's fine, if you want to max with a 200m bank at 2277 go for it. So long as you don't hurt other's experiences when playing it doesn't matter what you do. That's the beautiful thing about this game.
i totally think you could make a ten minute guide detailing actually making the house. what you had in your invy watching you click the stew then making each item. that kind of stuff would be helpful as well.

Getting 84 construction was 18m doing mounted myth capes. It was about 22m to max the house with 4x4 layout. Looks sick too

I'd add the workshop for the repair bench and the the menagerie if you get a lot of pets. Skills hall for desert elite KQ head I ended up keeping too.
I believe you can use the karambwanji to feed heal your cat while they fight.
So something people forget is that you can make the gold helmet during the quest so you don't make that silly thing twice.
I did Mahogany Tables from 52 all the way to 99. Was getting 850k-900k xp/h at most. Maintained those rates for about 4 hours straight at the end. Was glad to get it over and done with.
Also, for future, I'd recommend you zoom all the way in. It minimizes the distance you will have to move your mouse should you need to click your butler.
You should do the little demonic rats instead of the big ones. Its much faster. Also people mostly hate the stew because it can give you negative stats instead of positive stats and they have to wait it out. The thing they forget is the tea is a +3 boost so you can push yourself up to +3 again each time you get bad stew and then you don't need to wait. Don't forget a spice rack.

I've done teak myth capes to 75, but I'm tired of the clicking, I'll be switching to the tables then gnome benches to hit 85. After spending a few hours clicking the cape racks that you can't cheese the click spots on because it's too small, I'm willing to spend the extra gp.
I don’t know if I had tendinitis but certain movements would my wrist hurt like hell after I hurt myself at the gym. What I did was stick my hand in ice water for 15min and then immediately after stick my hand in hot as you can tolerate water for 15min and repeat as often as I wanted. After doing this for about 2 weeks if I remember correctly it went away just wanted to tell you in case it will work for you.

You can stew and saw from 83 to 91
Keep in mind that crystal saw boost only works with objects that require a saw to build.

Construction sucks so hard I really want them teles and pool tho damn it lol. Also dont forget you can use the teas made in your house to get a plus 3 boost + crystal saw is +6

If you want ideas and or inspiration for a house layout, I'd be happy to let you look. It's setup to host altars but also to be as functional for a main as possible.

Benches are faster xp than tables, same cost just gives you RSI sooner.
I did benches and got 550k an hour
@@530pm sounds like you're doing teak benches and not mahogany. Or you're just missing too many tick. Watch a guide from the skilling discord

Bro house is optimal. On 3x3 or 4x4 size not wider, increases loading time

You get 99 firemaking for two reasons:
#1: Part of getting a max cape.
#2: So you never have to grind firemaking again.
The alter is fairly cheap, I couldn't tell if you had it or not, could be worth it.

Hmm what if firemaking made you able to light the tip of your arrows for an increase in damage? Maybe the flame upgrades from red to blue, to green and increases the damage from 1 to 5 per max hit? Let me know what you think also someone send it to a mod lol
King J Aries that would be broken in both pvm and pvp. Buff like that to t bow in pvm and lets say darkbow spec in pvp would be too op. Range is meta already prettymuch. Interesting idea otherwise :)

Raj Gill wt is definitely fast but burning logs is a little faster but you profit a decent amount to 99 at wt so that’s why most people do it there now.

10/10 shouldve gotten 84. At 84 you can boost up and max portal nexus. Definitely worth it.
edit: also get a wily cat..makes the stews 10,000 times easier. Then you just make the stew, drink, if not the buff youre looking for - keep trying.

I just did 3M xp to 99 non stop in one night doing those tables. I feel like a zombie and wow the manoeuvring I was doing of my fingers and wrists to relieve pressure whilst reducing XP waste 🤣 I’m traumatised

dude your less than 10 days of work away from 99 magic & range and its all afkable all you would have to do is check your screen every 15min while at work or something. Not sure how more people don't get banned for using Runelite, it's clearly a 3rd party software... Yet I see so many people using it.
You don't get banned for using runelite lol. They comply to the rules Jagex has set out for third party clients. This does not go for all third party clients, as some are genuinely OP, and using them is a bannable offence. Runelite, however is safe to use and has mainly some improved visualization on information, by markers and timers.
