I like my barley in soups and porridge, I haven't had a chance to taste these but I think I would like to try the sweet variety before the salty variety.
M mmm ( instead of H mmm) Apart from Pearl barley in soup or partly in Bread, and of course - JUICE with or without Oranges &/or Lemons .I'd never have thought of using i t like that. Aye for sure, Popcorn - great idea. .. and I was looking a machinery stuff until I fell down the youtube Rabbithole. Darn Rabbits! Sláinte
