Yea, that will be fine until you got use your turn signals and it hyper-flashes (goes really fast) and also thows a code. You have to install load resistors to get around that and your LED's should have canbus communication built in. Go to super bright leds . c o m and they have them there.

Actually you're wrong you don't need a canbus for 2nd Gen Dodge Rams and you also don't need resistors for hyper Flash if you get the relay for LEDs
Strange. I have a brake light out. And I’m the midst of that my right turn signal is very flashy compared to left
