Legend of Valley Doom, from the first to the last, must have been one of the most unique power metal journeys I've ever experienced. Thank you Marius for delivering such masterpieces. The ballad with Mathias Blad is a standout, his voice is amazing, and also the single Stars Will Light the Way. I could go on about all the other songs but they are also killer!

I am not a big fan of Mr Scheepers, or I should say I loved his voice when he was with Gamma Ray, but when he transitioned over to Primal Fear, something changed. Heading for Tomorrow was one of his masterpiece vocal performance. I must admit however, this song he sounds more in control and there is a hint of his tone in Heading for Tomorrow so good job Ralph!
I love his voice, and of course his time in Gamma Ray is epic! I wanted to bring back that kind of high pitch stuff but also keep his raw metal voice from Primal Fear songs like «When Death Comes Knocking». And also get some of his ballad voice from songs like «The Silence» bt Gamma Ray. So we get a bit of everything :)

Ralph has a great voice, I just prefer power singers with an extended vibrato such as older James Labrie, John Cavelier, Adam Kurland, kiske, Johan Jonasson, Dickenson, Lord Tim, old Ray Alder and Olaf Hayer just to name a few. Ralph has amazing range and Halo is one of my favorite Primal Fear songs. It was awesome to hear from you personally.
