Lemon Cake ( Dish Sponge Cake ) 8 inch pans:
- 140 g All Purpose Flour (1 cup )
- 120 g Sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp )
- 3 medium Eggs
- 135 g Soft Butter ( 1 stick + 1 tbsp)
- 45 g Lemon Juice ( 3 tbsp)
- Zest of 2 Lemons
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Yellow and green gel food coloring
Use two 8 inch pans
Underwhipped Meringue ( Soap ):
- 1 Egg White
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 grating of Lemon Zest

I made a similar dish sponge cake once! The kids flipped out, it was hilarious! Instead of the bubbles, I just used some butterscotch syrup and food coloring to look like dish soap and dribbled some of it on the top of the cake. I had crushed pecans in the green topping, so it went really well together.

Tip: You can replace the meringue foam with frothy milk (use a coffe milk frother or just put the milk in a container/bottle and shake it very well🙃) Yw!

Most likely they would confiscate it, claiming you were being disruptive or inappropriate. I actually had a similar situation happened to me when I was in middle school. I had a packet of pink gummy worms along with my packaged lunch. My friends who were with me were laughing because they thought they were real at first. The teacher saw what was going on and confiscated my entire bag lunch and sent me to the principals office for disrupting lunch with my worm candies, even though I was eating them normally and not acting out. I didn’t even get to eat the rest of my lunch while I sat in the principals office all day.
