man, this reminds me when i was in high school circa 2003, damn that converse ctas of mine as fine as like this before converse 70 chuck came in 2013. the printed logo, the heels patch, the finest canvas material, the midsole rubber material same exactly with converse ctas 2003 mine.

@@HenryWijaya CT and made in Japan are a completely different kind of comfort. And the Japanese-made ones don't have the kind of cushioning that sinks and bounces.
@@tumbleweed6906I also would like to know how the sizing of thr MIJ compares to Chuck 70, as the regular converse fit me like a glove, but the chuck 70 have a narrower toe box and the hurt my feet. I have tried on a pair of 1980s Converse and they were the most comfortable ever.

How are the insoles on these? Are they cushioned and soft like the Chuck 70 or stiff / no cushioning?
Not as well cushioned as the Chuck 70, but enough compared to the regular depreciated models!

I am sure that the manufacturer is doing their best since they cannot sell CT70 in Japan for various reasons.
