Very nice video. One minor correction that I noticed, the displacement of the ship is not 113,300 tons. That number is gross record tons and is a measurement of how much occupiable space there is within the ship. Cruise ships, for some reason use the term GRT (Gross Register Tons) to identify the size. Since this is a larger number than displacement I guess that it sounds more impressive.

I'm thinking of sending books to their library. A little sparse. I like the wall of postcards from all places. I'd be at that piano bar every night. The music selection was fun and it matched the decks. Neat vid, thanks for sharing!
Unfortunately, human beings will take anything that is not nailed or glued down. They check out a book and don't finish reading it by the end of the cruise, so into the suitcase it goes. I have seen sparse libraries on most ships. I love an honest to goodness paper book to read, but with the advent of laptops and ipads, the libraries on ships are soon to be a thing of the past.

The Splendor is on her way to Singapore for a refit, and will be back in September.
