The fact you can buy a rep of pretty much any sneaker from most brands for a fraction of the cost and either the same quality as the major brand itself or in some cases better quality is insane to me. My collection went from mainly retails to all reps, I've got every sneaker i could ever want and i rock them all regularly. If they get messed up ill just order more. I dont think i'd ever buy retails again, unless its a a shoe for sports. And 'calling out' is a bunch of BS, its what happens in school, in the real world, nobody calls anyone out. We've all got our own shit going on, nobody gives a fuck about what someone else is wearing.

So I got that image stuck in my head and absolutely hated reps / fakes. Whenever I saw people wearing fakes I would make fun of them and call them out about it. Again these were things I was taught by people in the sneaker community, but as I got older I eventually learned that nobody really cares. It really does not matter if you buy real or fake pairs. I don’t care anymore if people wear fakes or reps, I’ve learned that some people just want to wear what they’d like but they’re on a budget, or they don’t give a fuck. And if they don’t care, why should we? As long as people don’t try to sell reps / fakes as real pairs then it’s fine. Nobody cares if you wear real or fake pairs
Personally I don’t rock reps / fakes because that’s just not my style, but I understand why people do it, and at the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you’re rocking fake or real stuff, nobody cares

callouts arent real if youre over the age of 16 lol. when i was in highschool i had people say my shoes were fake who didnt know anything about shoes i would call them out and go tell me whats fake about them and hand them the shoe. The kids that actually were into shoes all thought they were real. Thats years ago and now im an adult and i get nothing but compliments on the stuff i wear.
