Modified PMAs riding on the road

2 youngers with PMAs equipped with extremely bright, strobing LED lights installed at the back riding on the road along Choa Chu Kang Street 62 on 30 August 2024, 10:28pm.
PMAs are not allowed to travel on roads. Additionally, the brightness and strobing effect of these LEDs were highly distracting and could potentially cause temporary blindness or disorientation to other road users, posing a significant safety hazard.
