Rodger Thank you for being the Real deal. working that House. Love your Rescue Squads with the following Snorkel. Chicago has the best looking Rescue Rig set up of any Department in US in my Humble opinion.
Sherman Have a 8-71 Detroit in my 1971 SeaGrave Engine a Restoration project working on. For kids to get in cab. Remember the ones that were for car alarms back in 70s. the do it yourself kits. anyway hooked it up on button Infront of steering wheel on Dash. The kids Love it, not very LOUD like my BIG Federal Q in middle of flat front. That's my Wife's pride and joy. She loves to bump floor switch, and pull a BIG bell Rope in Parades. I Love the Hipper YELP in my old school Federal Interceptor ( you remember the neat tones you for between the tone controller as you switched tones. In my Humble opinion one of the Manufacturer need to MAKE that tone again, just like the Electronic version of the Federal Q Siren.
I may be wrong, but I don't think you can turn the sirens on without the lights being on first. So I'm guessing some sort of fault or short with the lights. He probably doesn't even realize it, or it's too late at that point to call the shops / fleet.
very nice shot ( Filming) The Real Chicago FD That was so nice showing a Real Full House response. Just asking anyone who knows, The Number (22) on side of Ladder door. It looks like a temporary Number, is that a Reserve Rig. It looks like the Ladder from Movie (Backdraft) The Real Chicago FD, Great job guys, getting out of House so quick.
This ladder truck looks just like the original truck 81 in Chicago fire show. Before they got the one they are using now. I know the show ownes them now but when it first started the FD owned them you said so I was curious if this wasn’t tue same truck?

Being that that ambo does about 9,000 runs a year and is one of the busiest in the country they're never there and 151 is an overstaff ambo so if they need extras it's one of the extra ambles so they'll staff two ambos there sometimes

Any bets on how long it was before BC realized he had no lights?
Surprised Tim he sirens work without them on tbf over here we need to arm the system by switching on the blues

YES personal though the SIREN won't come ON till all Emergency overhead lights on. It's that way with all of are Rigs.???????????
@@seanobrien3287 That's how they used to be. These newer systems are totally backwards and unsafe.
Old 'Grave with a screamin Detroit. You can't beat that.

Hey battalion 18 when you have your sirens on please turn on also your flashing lights as well to next time please

The Real Chicago FD, Great job guys, getting out of House so quick.
Yes, that's a spare rig.
The ladder truck from the movie Backdraft (Ladder 46) was a Mack CF open cab. They did use a Seagrave ladder truck in Chicago Fire
This ladder truck looks just like the original truck 81 in Chicago fire show. Before they got the one they are using now. I know the show ownes them now but when it first started the FD owned them you said so I was curious if this wasn’t tue same truck?
I think is there’s more rigs looks just like em that’s not the only rig
@@cfdivan, haven't they had to use the tv show squad as a replacement rig? I know I've seen them using a reserve hazmat and a reserve dive rig.
I know why the ambulance was parked outside because they needed a second ambulance
Yup especially at engine 95 because is a very busy west side fire house
yea
Awsome vid
You hit the jackpot on this
95 Engine is a beauty 😍😍
Too bad that it's on the shops already since someone crashed into it while they were on I-290 responding to an accident.
Off they go
Great video BF!
It’s not a fire call. It’s someone who’s pinned into a machine
My bad
Brilliant 🧑🏻👍🏻🚒
Wow they went quick haha
Does Chief always leave with no lights? And the doors... goodness. RUclips video becomes training video.
I am sure chief was yelling at people for not moving over before he turned them on hahaha

What a catch!
Nice catch!!
Thx!!!
Nice job on getting 151! Where was the normal ambulance?
Being that that ambo does about 9,000 runs a year and is one of the busiest in the country they're never there and 151 is an overstaff ambo so if they need extras it's one of the extra ambles so they'll staff two ambos there sometimes
BC didn't put on his lights. My goodness
nice video
Batt needs to turn on his lights. Pretty dangerous responding without them, intersections and such. He in such a hurry, he forgot? I see this a lot.
That's because the lights & sirens systems are terrible nowadays. In the past, the siren wouldn't work until your lights were turned on. Fail proof.
Oh HELL YEAH go Fight that Damn fire Boys 🔥🔥🔥👨🚒👨🚒👨🚒
YES SIR!!!!
nice where they too fast for you to go across the road? and I see reserve Truck E272 as T81 reserve
Indeed they was buddy I couldn’t make it cuz it was a fire run
@@cfdivan Truck 81 had that truck after their collision with Truck 66.
FYI this was for a man pinned in a machine. Not a fire I don’t think. They only sent that house and the Squad.
oh---
@@cfdivan Yea and you can also see Truck 26 slow down the turnout. they wouldve been GONE if it was a still XD
@@cfdivan The guy at the watch desk probably just got excited
It’s similar to the NBC Series Chicago fire where it comes in as a “person trapped” call
If I’m the one pinned in the machine they better not be slowing down their turnout
Seagrave over the eone- now that’s a best decision
Yes sir indeed
Why does the ambo have such a high number? Spare?
No idea
During special events in city and during very busy times in summer, they activate additional ambulances which are numberd in the 100s.
This gave me motion sickness
Lake street
Why does t26 still have a spare
A car hit the back of T26 so it be a while
@@cfdivan there getting a E-One soon from what I heard
@@illinoiansuburbanfirerepon397 they told me they should get it by the end of the year

AWWW YES!!!
