Hi I am new to tableau and I find this video helpful to what I need but I have a question? How do I hide the 2 dynamic sorting fields that are put on the rows shelf? Thank you in advance!
Hi, please check the below tutorial on tableau tips and tricks where i have shared how to add different colour for each column that can be measure value or dimension. Please check that out and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Cheers!
Hi Ajay, You can add the totals / subtotals by going to Analytics tab and double click on totals or by going to analysis menu and then going to total section. Also you have to make sure that you are following the correct order of operations while using filters . So disappointing why trivial things like sorting, have their non-intuitive trick. why is the sort button on each column for then??!
Thanks for your feedback. There is defaut sorting option available as well. This is a different way to do dynamic sorting in tableau.
