Class as always guys. There's definitely more depth to the writing in Still Game when comparing to Father Ted. I love Father Ted but I agree with Lucy, Still Game is the best! Off to watch The Big Yin now. Thanks guys
We met the cast of still game at a comicon in Edinburgh, the casts tables were full of fans, my brother talked to Bobby the barman and got pics with the cast. For some reason Winston was not popular at all, he sat himself quite a bit, dunno why? We love this series, my brother has to watch it every day, repeat after repeat. It's comfortable and upbeat.
The osprey heights flats are in collina street, the Clansman was the ruchill street tavern and I think now demolished, o neils in sauchiehall st, navid's shop was alfy's paper shop toonheed (in townshead) and may have changed name by now. The park usually featured was victoria park, butcher on clarendon place, rendevous cafe was robyns nest cafe in lochburn road, the bmakers was a random one on maryhill road, the library was hillhead library on byres road, hyperdales was or is batleys on kilbernie street. Other locations were kelvin house on dumbarton road, and the museum of transport has changed location since to the clyde, at pointhouse place.
Brad Lucy,, start watching RAB C.. now you can mostly understand the Glaswegian accent. STILL GAME COPY WRITES ARE COMING simply because the show is so popular.. EVERYBODY BORN B4 2000 loves RAB and if tgey don't it's because they are English and struggle to understand.. ✌🇮🇪
You should try watching CHEWIN THE FAT. That's where Jack and Victor first appeared on tv.
Incorrect. It was Pulp Video-although the character's names were just different

Love your reviews guys,, Darren from Scotland :)
Gambling like this is indeed legal in one’s home in the UK
Have you done The IT Crowd? Written and directed by Graham Linehan, the same guy that did Father Ted.
Yes, it was blocked on YT. It's on our Patreon

That was me at the start of the video and I don't remember how I got home thanks for showing me 🤣🤣🤣
Not to be picky but that looks more like paisley gilmour street than glasgow central 😂

Hi? No just happy
Chewing the fat is where they started and another brilliant Glasgow comedy is Rab C Nesbitt, give it a go 😂
Jack, Victor, Isa, Winston and Tam all have parts in Rab C Nisbet. The west of Scotland in the 90s before all the modern-day crap
😆😂🤣👍
Ready the Domestos for the next episode. 😉
✌️🤟🤘
Is it Big Innis time?

Everyone in England loved and understood Rab just fine.
Tam is 99% baw bag. He only occasionally redeems himself. Never liked him.
You’re not meant to but arguably the best character
