I wanted to pop all of the episodes of this series together for anyone who might not have seen the series in the past (As it was a while ago). Episode 1 Was 14th NOV 2021! (O.o) If you guys enjoy this, and want to see it finished / made into another long form video then leave likes, comments etc to let me know! If there is enough interest I will get back onto this account grind and get it finished! Thanks all for the support
I primarily play rs3 but the majority of the content i watch is actually osrs. This is mostly because i enjoy a good series, something with some sort of good narative and i think you accomplished that with this one. Well done 👏
Init!! This is the series that originally drew me to your channel! I’m so glad it’s put together in one long movie for me! I think you’re an insanely talented and creative creator, I’d love to see you keep flexing your creative wings with series like this
long time fan cant wait to watch this full series been wanting to get back in rs pvm, took like 6 months off the game was feeling burnt going for quest cape after max. Definitely need the motivation to hit end game haha love rebuild vids.
I loved this video! I wish I'd known that Reaper tasks were available so early on in the game based on combat level, but there's probably no way I could've wrapped my head around that as a noob/returning player 🤣 I hope this gets enough love for a series 2!
I only came back to playing rs3 as DXP ended and this vid has got me a tad excited about upcoming bosses and PVM in general now knowing i dont need near BIS gear and can do build up to it with cool bosses along the way
The end of this video finally made my realize why, after nearly 20 years of playing Runescape, I never created a second RS3 account or RS3 Ironman. I played osrs for about 2 years - really enjoyed it, but I missed the content and gameplay of RS3. I've since jumped back to RS3 but never felt the motivation to really get back into it with both feet (former comp player) It's really just like you said - at some point, even with a new account or Ironman that is "pure" and free of MTX, eventually I'd just wake up one day and realize that my accomplishment in-game were invalidated, just like they have been for my first account from almost 2 decades ago.
I am just getting into Rs3 and this is the perfect series for me. I would like to learn about other combat styles besides necro so I am glad the focus will be magic but I see its a older video. A newer series would be greatly appreciated.
Would love to get back into RS3, really enjoyed it a few years ago. Would love a little play through of how you got to the levels at the start of this account or like a full from scratch series would be massively helpful for new players coming back
Didn't follow you when this was airing so don't know what to expect. commenting 2 minutes into video: I would LOVE to see someone do a series of nothing to max gear in each combat style. You can only use that combat style the entire time. There has to be some kind of limit on each boss so you can't just camp zammy the entire time and get max gear in 1 video. Maybe something like "I can only get 1 drop from a boss before I have to go to at least 4 other bosses and get 1 drop from each before returning here." So you can have a rotation of 5 bosses you enjoy (or more) while still keeping it interesting to the viewers.
I highly suggest Barrows runs for new pvmers! They are decent money and the kills are super easy and can be done basically naked with next to no supply costs!
Init making me want to get back into the game, havnt played since i maxed during the Golden PHat event, around the time you started this. should i jump back in?
please tell me you have a group ironman team ready/planned because that would be the sorta content i would binge the hell out of because you are chill (also am still anxious everytime i go into rax from your previous series seeing as we are on the same world...)
man id love to do something like this but tbh i havent been able to get myself back into rs knowing ill need to do like 100 hours of questing to be able to start having fun
The struggle is more about the horizontality than the gameplay itself. To pvm you really want: - 96 summoning and understanding how to use it - high lvl on herblore, 99 is a bare minimum there and you'll miss out lots of dmg/burst potential and bleed big money if you do not push it more - high level on prayer, and same if you do not have the praesul prayer for your style, it looses big dps - high level on archaeology, we are speaking about 97 or something big minium, while for some styles you want to go to almost 120 just for combat buffs. It represents hundred+ hours of grind and the entry cost of doing it sanely(GotE imho is a must there) is prohibitive for new account, it basically costs 4x more to train that skill than entre pvm loadouts. (then it becomes a godly afk money maker but still ^^') - high lvl on invention for ancient invention and 120+ on the skill with extreme pots, it's not that bad but it is a pretty complicated skill, which has a pretty complicated/unique incidence on the economy of the game and it can get pretty expensive - ideally crazy otherworldly unlocks like mines >< Then you have to make sense of everything, know what perks make sense and so on From the point you can get to pvm as intended by the devs, you're already ultra knowledgeable about the game imho. To get there I was already pretty seasonned at slayer, clues, manipulating the economy and so on. And There is another major issue with modern runescape: the engine. The movement and the input lag depending your country are often questionnable, gl having batched tics in a cm boss, you're also playing against the netcode most of the time and it gets very fatiguing very fast. The content is still amazing don't get me wrong but it is really hindered. OSRS doesn't have that, your input are perfectly respected and there is not that horizontality, you buy pots and gear and good chance you are eligible to try the boss you want.
You absolutely get it. I have to explain stuff like this to people a LOT when these sorts of videos went live. Because ''from beginner pvmer to end game'' people used to get super mad when beginner pvmer was with summoning, herb, 85+ combat etc. But that is beginner pvmer in RuneScape 3.
@@InitYeah they are burned out from quests and horizontality, most rs3 quests are terrible and at a point when so much is thrown at you, you forget stuffs or just do not print. I did recently monkey madness I in osrs it was better. You are more prepared to the bs it throws at you, you have plugins to tell you in game where to clic and give a summary often as good as a full guide, it is more visually clean and it is one of the worst quests there. There is too much mental load in the game right now, I started playing it 2 years ago sporadically, if you get in right now it's even worse and it will get worse and worse if it keeps that trends of the editor not tackling the engine issues and the otherworldy horizontality. Within the last 3 content patches: - daemonheim archeology: took me 30h getting a brush alone. (amazing item btw) The content was so grindy, I've never seen anybody speak about or use the new hunter offhand which from my own calculations is literally amazing(like the brush is) - pvm update. It's good but it was long overdue we got a pvm expansion - mining/smithing update: the new tools ruin a years long back and forth of things that never really saturated in the market and are playing a significant role in character progression(elder burials steps and their materials). It's unfun, uninspired and it insert into existing content the worse way possible.
Yeah it isnt all for everyone haha, I only stopped this sort of thing because stuff like this performs a lot worse. I would prefer to do this every day instead haha.
@ChadTries I said beginner pvmer, and yes entry level pvm does require higher stats. Do you really think pvm (bosses) start from a low level account? I just cut out the grind of doing herb, and afking in the abyss for 20 hours. Or would you REALLY have loved to have seen me afk the abyss and say "yay 20 herb, 30 herb, 50 herb, 80 herb"? Just use your imagination if so, I afkd the abyss and waterfiends then made potions on dxp :) now we are here, at the start. Entry level pvm.

Man watching this was great. Super reminiscent as this was when I was getting back into the game. Loved watching this. Thanks for the great content!
So glad this was on my recommended list. Thanks for the video! I just started getting into pvm so this is perfect.
If ever looking someone to boss with my name xpat on rs3
I've been a ghost watcher for awhile now, but with this series I'm subbed big dog 💪🏽
I’ve been waiting for this series to continue for so long! :D
I loved this video! I wish I'd known that Reaper tasks were available so early on in the game based on combat level, but there's probably no way I could've wrapped my head around that as a noob/returning player 🤣

Loved the vid bro. Used it for entertainment while doing cardio at the gym for a bit. Looking forward to the next one

This is a fun watch. Maybe time lapse some of the bossing with some music is the only thing I'd like in a future episode.
I wanna see this series come back honestly.
Keep up the great work man love the vid
YESSSS bring season 2!!!!! please!!! Such great contento
Ou fancy, I dig this. Needed something to watch for 2 hours 😂❤
Would love to get back into RS3, really enjoyed it a few years ago. Would love a little play through of how you got to the levels at the start of this account or like a full from scratch series would be massively helpful for new players coming back
Definitely enjoy having these kinds of series in big lumps, i know i wont get around to watching it in bites

This content would get a lot of attention, rs3 vids very very saturated right now - capitalise on it!

Thx for the content. I only played osrs and didn't know how different rs3 was
yeey! u got me hyped! waiting for more
Id love for this to continue.

I do plan to try it, need to make a group still but it is on the to do list for sure.
love this series
I'm always down for more content
Greatly appreciate all the hard work you put into all your content. I’ll be here until the day you retire. (Hopefully soon but not too soon) 😉
XD Idk what to say about that lol
@@InitYeah in the absolute best way possible. 😊
season 2 ^^
Holy crap this was started long ago, herb drops from GW2 and not seeds

DEW ET!
Comment, Like, Interest.
I remember this series. This is the content that I subscribed for. I'm ngl the only reason I unsubscribed is because your other content sucks lol.

When the fuck was double xp?
"from beginning to end"
"from scratch"
"from the very start"
starts at combat level 128...WTF?
