Am doing the brick reinforced and the afco heat exchanger -- question did you bleed the old coolant before you did the sucking on the vacuum,, or the vacuum was sucking the old coolant replacing it with the new one?? Thanks for the vid

I didnt drain it all, I had recently done the brick so the system had air in it. I simply did this method and it sucks all the old coolant out including all the air, and sucks all new coolant in. Takes all of 5 minutes and you're good to go.

You flushed the entire system in order to reinstall the brick? Not just top it off? I'm about to go and reinstall mine. I was thinking I could just top it off? Actually hoping. I will do the afco in two weeks so figured do the full flush and fill then.will I be able to get away with just toping off for now? Thank you 😊

You can top it off if you dont mind having air in the system. I flushed the whole system in order to clear all the air. I mean..it takes all of 2 minutes and 1 case of coolant .

good work, but why the stock cooler broke ?
Only due boost pressure or bad liquid too?

kubanskiloewe nothing broke. Just reinforcing it before it does break. I'm running 16psi and they are known to crush under higher boost

How mutch liters go in the system? Greetings from Germany ✌

It depends on your system. The one in the video has an aftermarket heat exchanger so it'll hold more then the stock unit. This is why I just fill a buck that will hold more than the coolings system will hold. Suck it all through and the excess is in the vacuum.
