I'm surprised PMX doesn't believe in meritocracy. Though I agree that meritocracy is not perfect because the underperformers will be left behind, I believe there should be a separate program to assist them and shouldn't neglect meritocracy to achieve that. The country needs to be lead by the brightest mind not those who's just lucky to be there at the right time. This is a ridiculous argument to neglect meritocracy.
