Not sure about that but I believe in many things the governments (of all types) act beyond their remit. There are too many new political jobs and there are far too many people working (HAHA) for national and local government. We need to reduce the No of MPs and lords and reduce the no's of local and national government employees below what it was in the 50's and do away with all these commissioners and mayors, they add no value. There should be some other body to oversee matters of sovereignty in the name of the people and the crown.
