I heard I think Andy staples say auburn was going to have a huge advantage this year with the new rule because now Hugh freeze can tell the qb who to throw it to before the play. From my understanding all coaches will be able to talk to their qb. Freeze isn’t the only coach that’s going to be able to talk to their quarterback. It didn’t make any sense to me with his narrative.
Some Coaches are better than others at identifying the right call given the defense, pretty simple really.
Alabama lost their OC for instance, a week after getting to Turd Town and promoted a guy that hasn't done it to run the "Washington offense",
think he can identify the correct read every time as well as HF can in his offense?

@@autkI guess we shall see. It sounds absurd to me. Throw it to this guy before you even line up and see what coverage the defense is playing sounds like high school bush league to me. Gus all over again. My High school and college coaches would go over certain plays in meetings and then show us what are reads would be pending on the coverage the defense gave us. We would be prepped during the week before the game or at halftime if they were giving us a look we weren’t prepared for. I just don’t see us having any advantage over any other teams with this new rule. There’s no way to measure this advantage either. We will never know. I thought Andy sounded amateur hour with that narrative.

We got 6 open scholarships. We got 2 stud kickers and zero quarterbacks. Why not go get 3-4 QBs. Eventually one of them will have to be decent and unseat Thorne. I just can’t wrap my head around us being any good with Thorne at qb.

Yeah, they should get the guys some goals around public speaking for their development as young men. This show is great practice for Hank! He's young, and he'll get better. It really wasn't that bad! I think Hank is a well-spoken young guy! He'll get there!
