Hey if you are looking to get body work done even just fixing rust spots, check out action auto body in cranston. They are a great body shop. A full repaint will run you $2000 roughly if you are interested. Id rather spend $2000 on a decent turbo kit though.

About to buy a celica as first car as they are Pretty cheap in sweden (3100 euro). I want the 7th gen. But What year is best? I mean it depends on what's available, but If i got to choose, what year should I go for?
HEY BUDDY! PLEASE HELP ME OUT :) My little coin slot compartment right infront of my stick when all doohickey and i pulled it out on accident and it came apart along with the inside pins that would keep it shut. Now it stays open and its a pain. Any help on a site where i could order a replacemnt for it or somewhere to get it repaired. Its not a big deal...just a eyesore to look at. ANy help would be great. THANK YOU!
try looking for people parting out with celicas in facebook groups or visit your local pick a part or junk yard type place and see if they have one there. best of luck.

First off... Damn that was fast. Anyways, When I was looking for my first car (which was and is a 2001 Celica GT) I saw tons of GT's and GTS's alike that had passenger side damage. There were so many cool Celicas for sale but most had body damage of some sort so to avoid having to buy a car AND spend more money to fix the body panels, I tried to find one without damage. In a cruel twist of irony, the car I bought had a bad bearing in the transmission that started to show itself 3 days after i had bought it and the guy I bought it from disappeared. Spent another $1200 fixing the tranny.

Mattias Strand they did a midcycle update in 2003, so shoot for that I'd say, and try to get a GTS!

Wet sand, going from grits 1200 to 3000, then polish with plastic polish!

With the dent on the passenger side fixed, I'd probably ask around $3500. With it not being fixed, it'd likely be less than that.
